MY PROCESS: Work with principals, managers and all staff to review current procedures and based on agency goals, evaluate them for potential success. Where needed, we will work through needed changes and develop written procedures the agency will be able to use going forward. THis process can be done at any time - before, during or after a conversion, and anytime the agency wants to review their workflows and processes.
