Taking a cue from Steve Jobs who said, “The only way to do great work is to love what you do”, I turned my passion for agency automation into a fulfilling consulting career in 2014. Since then, I have traveled the country helping agencies implement Applied EpicTM. Bringing 22 years agency experience in service, operations, accounting, and management, I help agencies utilize Applied EpicTM fully in all aspects of their agency operations. Having implemented Applied EpicTM in my agency in early 2009 as a beta agency (version 2!), I bring a deep understanding of Applied EpicTM features and functionality to all my clients.

Throughout my insurance career I have volunteered with Applied Client Network (the international user group of Applied Systems users). From starting a local chapter in 1995 to chairing national committees and also serving on the Board of Directors - including as Chair in 2012. I became a Master Presenter in 2000 and have presented at annual conferences and chapter meetings around the world since then.
